§ 1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph634 ("ph634," "we," "us," or "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ph634.cam. Opening multiple accounts by the same person — whether under the same name, a different name, a different email address, or a different mobile number — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

§ 4 Account Security and Responsibility

§ 6 Withdrawals and Payout Policy

Withdrawals from your ph634 wallet are subject to the following conditions:

• Bonuses are available to players who satisfy the eligibility criteria stated in the relevant promotion, including minimum deposit requirements, account status, and geographic location.
• Bonus credits and any winnings derived from Bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by ph634's gross negligence, to the extent such exclusion is not permitted under Philippine law.

§ 13 Account Suspension and Termination

ph634 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any additional policy published on ph634.cam.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by ph634.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information or KYC documentation.
• Engaging in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Clause 9.

• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from your payment provider.

Upon account termination for breach, ph634 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of the account balance in accordance with applicable law and PAGCOR regulations. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, ph634 will process withdrawal of the account balance subject to applicable KYC and AML procedures.

§ 14 Amendments to These Terms

ph634 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. These Terms and all disputes arising from or relating to your use of ph634 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

ph634 operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who have a complaint or dispute that cannot be resolved through ph634's internal support channels may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official complaint resolution procedures.

Before escalating any dispute to PAGCOR or pursuing any legal proceedings, you agree to contact ph634's support team and allow a period of thirty (30) calendar days for ph634 to investigate and respond to your complaint in good faith. ph634 will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within fifteen (15) business days.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the above process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
